These terms and conditions govern the use of the Elegance Bags online store available at www.elegancebags.pl

2. Orders

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions and accepts their provisions. The order is accepted for processing after confirmation by the store.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on the website are gross prices in Polish zlotys (PLN). The store reserves the right to change prices. Payment for the order is made according to the payment method selected by the Customer.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered within 2-5 business days from the moment of order confirmation. Delivery costs are shown when placing an order.

5. Returns and Complaints

The Customer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The goods must be in an undamaged condition, with original tags.

6. Personal Data Protection

The store processes Customers' personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
